Dealer Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement

By joining Cars Around Me as a dealership member, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement. Your membership grants you access to list vehicles on our platform and connect with potential buyers nationwide.

2. Membership Tiers & Pricing

Billing occurs on a monthly basis and renews automatically. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice.

3. Dealer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about all listed vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements and are properly titled
• Disclose all known defects, accidents, and maintenance history
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Maintain professional communication with all buyers
• Update listings promptly when vehicles are sold
• Display accurate pricing and avoid misleading claims

4. Prohibited Activities

Dealers may not:

• List vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell
• Misrepresent vehicle condition, mileage, or history
• Use deceptive pricing or bait-and-switch tactics
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Spam or harass buyers through the platform
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees or conduct transactions outside Cars Around Me
• Use profane, abusive, or discriminatory language

5. Vehicle Compliance

All vehicles listed must comply with federal and state regulations. Dealers are responsible for ensuring proper title transfer, odometer disclosure, and all state-specific requirements. Cars Around Me is not responsible for legal compliance issues arising from dealer negligence.

6. Lead & Message Management

Dealers commit to managing all leads professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to respond to multiple buyer inquiries may result in account warnings or suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Cars Around Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts for:

• Violations of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated complaints from buyers
• Poor customer service or unresponsiveness
• Abusive behavior toward platform users

Suspended accounts may be subject to penalties, fees recovery, or permanent ban from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cars Around Me provides the platform "AS-IS" with no warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not responsible for:

• Disputes, claims, or litigation between dealers and buyers
• Vehicle condition issues, defects, or buyer complaints
• Failed sales, refunds, or payment disputes
• Legal compliance violations or regulatory penalties
• Lost revenue, business interruption, or opportunity costs
• Platform downtime, data loss, or technical issues
• Buyer fraud, chargebacks, or non-payment
• Reputational harm or negative reviews

DEALERS OPERATE AS INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES. Cars Around Me provides lead generation services only and is NOT LIABLE for any business outcomes, transaction failures, or legal issues.

10. Dealer Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cars Around Me from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your vehicle listings or sales; (b) violations of consumer protection laws; (c) vehicle defects or misrepresentations; (d) disputes with buyers; (e) breach of these terms; or (f) any negligent or wrongful conduct.

9. Amendments

Cars Around Me reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
